⚠ No internet connection. The vessel can still talk to you (its voice is generated by your browser), but nothing you say can be recognised — speech recognition runs on Google's servers. Reconnect before starting a call.
The app plays the vessel. Hold your PTT key to transmit; release to send. Enter the trip report in the system as you go, LOG it, then close the call. Score when done.

Readiness

Before you start: allow this page to use your microphone when the browser asks, and check your speakers or headset are on and turned up. A blocked microphone looks exactly like the app ignoring you.
Internet connected
Coastguard speech service reachable
Speech service configured
Microphone permission
Transmitting stays disabled until all four are green.

Scenario

Departure reports and close-off calls, styled on the real exchanges. Bar-crossing scenarios wait on the open questions (watch duration, Overdue Procedure).
